We run a Certificated Accredited Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma Course and online CPD based largely on Psychodynamic-Humanistic principles, for both prospective Hypnotherapy practitioners, or those individuals looking to explore Hypnotherapy for personal self development.

Why Become A Hypnotherapist?

Hypnotherapy is a popular complementary treatment that helps to bring positive behavioural changes and improve peoples lives as a result. If you enjoy helping people, have an interest in alternative therapies and possess good communication skills, this could be a career you might be interested in. 

The majority of Hypnotherapists run their own practices on a self-employed basis. You could set your own working hours in order to meet the needs of your clients, including weekend or evening appointments. You could either work from home, or be based at a private clinic, shared practice or hospital. Some NHS hospitals have a resident Hypnotherapist.

In order to become a Hypnotherapist, you’ll need to gain a recognised qualification from a professional organisation, our Practitioner Diploma is accredited by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

About The Diploma:

Our Accredited Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma Course will equip the successful graduate to practice as a fully-qualified practitioner of Psychodynamic Hypnotherapy as a Psychotherapeutic and Stress-Trauma Resolution discipline.

The Hypnotherapy Practitioner Course has been designed for those who wish to become thoroughly familiar with Hypnotherapeutic techniques and to acquire the fundamental skills and knowledge in order to treat clients for stressful-traumatic manifestations and psychological ailments. This inspiring course will also be invaluable for enhancing your own self-understanding and personal insight.

The Course Structure

The Hypnotherapy Practitioners Course takes place during ten weekends over one academic year in Hove, Brighton.

All participants will be required to undergo personal Analytical Hypnotherapy prior to or during the course before a Practising Certificate may be issued.

Our course also includes experiential workshop days hosted by Integrative Psychotherapist Eve Houseman MBACP from The Journey Psychotherapy in Brighton; Eve holds an Advanced Post Graduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy, she is a registered member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy as well as the Federation of Drug & Alcohol Practitioners. As well as being an experienced Psychotherapist in Private Practise Eve loves working with trainee practitioners exploring various therapeutic methods and ways of working as a congruent practitioner.

About The Course Leader

Bradley Dearman

Dip A.Hyp Psych, Dip A.C Hyp, GHR, CNHC

Bradley Dearman specialises in analytical hypnotherapy with psychotherapy working with adults and children from practices in the East Sussex area.

Over the past 20 years Bradley has continued to study a variety of subjects embracing psychology, health and holistic practices which led him to choose to specialise in hypnotherapy. Bradley is a qualified hypnotherapy practitioner holding a Diploma in Analytical Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy and the Diploma in Clinical and Analytical Hypnotherapy Studies.

Bradley is a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register in addition to having trained, qualified and experienced working with Eye-Movement Therapy, Hypnobirthing, Gold Counselling and Supervisor Skills.

His varied studies and working experience give Bradley a vast knowledge-base on which to draw upon and thus he provides an eclectic and dynamic approach to the therapeutic process with clients and trainee therapists alike.

Bradley had previously worked within the construction industry taking on a number of roles which were customer-relations focused up to director level and business owner.

He has a vast experience of sports, health and fitness having trained, competed and coached in a number of sports most notably running and triathlon.

The Course Qualification

A Practising Certificate as " The Diploma in Analytical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy" (designatory initials DAHP).

The course is assessed and validated by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) and Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH) as a level 5 diploma course.

The Course Fee

The Diploma course fee is £2900.00 in total with a deposit of £440.00 plus 12 x £205.00 monthly instalments (one-year contract) or 24 x £102.50 monthly instalments (two-year contract) payable by direct debit transfer on the 10th of each month following the course start date.

Cancellations can be made up to 21 days in advance of the starting date of any course although an administrative charge of £125.00 will be levied. Any cancellation made with less than 21 days’ notice will mean your initial deposit will be forfeited.

Our Hypnotherapy Practitioners Diploma Course is taught in a non classroom setting, in a Victorian building in the heart of Hove, Brighton, near to shops, restaurants & ten minutes to the beach. 

Brighton is an English seaside resort town. About an hour south of London by train, it's a popular day-trip destination. Its broad shingle beach is backed by modern eateries, quirky shops and Regency-era buildings. Brighton Pier, in the central waterfront section, opened in 1899 and now has rides and food kiosks. The town is also known for its nightlife, arts scene, eclectic vibe and festivals.

Affordable Accommodation is available in the nearby village of 'Rottingdean' but limited, so please book in asap!
